With over 7 years of experience practicing calisthenics and gymnastics, Alex has a keen interest in technique, mobility and hand-balancing. Alex loves working with people of all levels to build their strength and confidence to achieve their goals. He began his practice with Gymnastic Bodies in Sydney and continued to train and coach in Hong Kong and Berlin.
Beth began training Calisthenics in London in 2019, after a hip injury put an end to their ultra-running and obstacle course racing. Beth is passionate about creating safe and welcoming spaces for everyone to explore what their body is capable of, and to find joy and empowerment in movement.
