This 12-week course is designed for FLINTA participants (female, lesbian, intersex, non-binary, trans, agender) who want to get strong, learn proper technique, and feel more confident training.
You’ll train in a small group with others who get it — guided by coaches who understand where you’re coming from and where you’re going. No gym bro vibes, no pressure — just strength, support, and real results.
- 1x weekly coached group session (max 8)
- A 12-week progressive program (train independently + in session)
- Strength assessments in Weeks 1, 6, and 12
