Ready to level up? This class takes your boxing to the next level with higher intensity, advanced drills, and deeper technique work. Ideal for those who know the basics, each session includes bag work, partner drills, footwork, and sparring.

This beginner-friendly strength class is created exclusively for the FLINTA community — welcoming women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans, and agender individuals.
It’s a safe, inclusive space to build strength, boost confidence, and connect with others.
We’ll guide you through key lifts and proper technique each week, helping you feel strong, supported, and at home in the gym — even if it’s your first time.

Build strength and skill using just your bodyweight. In this class, you’ll learn the technique behind pull-ups, push-ups, dips, and skills like handstands and ring work. No experience needed — whether you’re new to movement or already active, this session meets you at your level.

Are your boxing classes beginner friendly?
Yes! The best place to start is our classes titled 'Boxing'. Intermediate Boxing is for more experienced boxers.
I am a complete beginner. Can I still join?
Absolutely! Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels, and our coaches offer support.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your session so you have time to check in and get ready.

How do I sign up for a session?

What equipment do I need?
- Boxing: Bring your own hand wraps and gloves. You can also rent or buy them at the studio.
- Sauna & Ice Bath: Bring a towel, bathrobe, flip flops, and a water bottle or cup for tea.
- Training: Wear clean training shoes and a comfortable outfit.
How much does a session cost?
- 1x Session = €17;
- 3x Pack = €16 per session;
- 10x Pack = €15 per session.
