If you’re preparing for your first Competition — or chasing a new personal best — this program builds the exact strength, conditioning, and race-day strategy you need to perform when it counts.

ringside lab
No gimmicks, no shortcuts, just fight-ready preparation.
Ringside Lab is a 6-week training camp designed to prepare you physically, technically, and mentally for stepping into the ring at our annual Ringside Event.
Through focused sessions in strength, endurance, boxing tactics, and recovery, you’ll develop the resilience, confidence, and skill to showcase your hard work under the lights on fight night.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
12 Strength & Conditioning sessions
Build the endurance, power, and resilience needed to handle the intensity of a real fight.
• Tuesdays 20:00 (6 sessions)
• Wednesdays 19:30 (6 sessions)
6 Team Training sessions
Focused on technique, tactics, and ring management. Each fighter is assigned to Team Mas or Team Julia, training together every weekend to sharpen boxing skills and strategy.
6 Recovery sessions
Sauna ritual and cold plunge to boost recovery, reduce fatigue, and keep you performing at your best throughout camp.
EQUIPMENT & EXTRAS
Handwraps and a custom Ringside event T-shirt — everything you need to be kitted out for fight night.
At the end of the camp, fighters are matched fairly by weight and experience and step into the ring to showcase their progress at the Ringside Event.

- The 149€ program is semi-personalised (choose a beginner or Intermediate path + coach support).

STRENGTH LAB
Group Personal Training (In Person)
Where does training take place?
All group sessions are held at Dopamine Studio, Adidas Sports Base in Berlin
How many sessions per week?
You commit to 1 time in person group session per week (intermediate or advanced track) and commit to 1-2 workouts per week completed in your own time.
Is the program personalised?
The structure is consistent across the group, with the option to choose intermediate or advanced programming. Coaches tailor technique, weights, and cues to you individually.
Is nutrition included?
Yes — you’ll receive meal guidance to support your training and goals.
When can I start?
A new course starts every 12 weeks - you start the journey together with your teammates and work through the 12 weeks together
What are the costs involved?
80€ deposit to secure your place on the program and then 220€ per month for 3 months.
